[yapc] Parking at yapc-na

I've setup a page on the wiki for those of you that will be driving and wish
to park on campus.  It's broken into two separate area - Parking Garage and
'On-campus Housing' Parking.  The housing parking will be near the dorms.
The garage is across from the University Center.

Please add your name to request a parking pass.  We will collect the money
when you pick up your pass.
