[yapc] more YAPC Questions

I want to ask the same question, but in reverse -- is there anything going
on _before_ the conference?  I have a flight from Toronto to NFLD departing
noon on Thursday so the latest I can leave Houston is around 6:30am on
Thursday morning.  But I'm able to come in a few days early.
