[yapc] IRC redirect set up as promised

Guys,

If you're at ITT and DON'T have a shell account to tunnel your IRC
connections through, I've set up a redirect for you:

home.joeykelly.net:443 (that's port 443 (SSL) on host home.joeykelly.net

Please only use this if you have no other way to do irc, I don't want
my connection or box to fall over.

Other than that, enjoy!
