[yapc] Make useful user pages, please

The point of having a page on the wiki is so that people know who you  
are, and can get in touch with you.

Pages like this: http://www.yapcchicago.org/wiki/index.cgi? 
YuvalKogman are really stinky, because they are entirely content-free  
and don't let the reader know what email address to send the TPF  
onion graphics to.
