My understanding was SSV has wifi and the MSV was upgraded with wifi: http://yapcchicago.org/wiki/index.cgi?WhoIsStayingWhere

My only concern was whether or not we would need to get "guest" logons. Wireless or wired.

That brings up a good question: do the dorms have wireless access? I know
that we are providing the wireless for the conference center ourselves. If
the conference center doesn't have wireless, the dorms might not have it
either.

Also, our wireless will be taken down each night so that we can lock up
the hardware so you won't be able to hang around the Hermann building and
use the wireless after the conference.
