[yapc] What is "Sanctuary"@Neo on Sunday?

I was looking for places to go out dancing on Sunday. It looks like
Neo http://neo-chicago.com/ has a schedule I'd like expect that it
isn't clear what this "Sanctuary" thing is. Do any of you locals have
an opinion on this?

Earlier in the evening I'll be in the Pullman neighborhood playing
with some traditional English folk dancers. I figure to just use the L
to get around from place to place.
