[yapc] A word of caution

Well, as a chicago.pm-er, I don't know that I'd have any special insight
to the area, as all my time in Chicago has been on the north side. Though
with a pinch of caution and a healthy dose of observation, people ought to
be able to tell fairly well where they should avoid.

But if anyone wants me to don a nametag as a 'local', I'm happy to do so,
though I wouldn't want to be held liable for anything :)
