[yapc] YAPC List Subscription Update

Sorry for those of you that got warning e-mails about someone trying to
resubscribe you to the list.  I exported the current YAPC registrants
and ran a batch job.

I also modified donate.perl.org to auto subscribe registrants to the
yapc list. (when I say auto subscribe, you'll get a confirmation e-mail
rather than just blindly being subscribed like last year)
