[Yapc-na-organizers] yapc-na website update

I've been making some changes to the 'ACT Hosted' YAPC::NA 2007 website.
http://test.mongueurs.net/yn2007/ and decided to try out the
Houston.pmtheme on the site.  Let me know what you think.  We may
decide to go with a
different look/layout, but I wanted to get some feedback on this for the
yapc site.  I'd like to have the site go live before the upcoming holiday.

Note:  We're still working on a logo for this year's conference.  I've
temporarily put the YAPC::NA logo on the site.
