WELLINGTON, New Zealand – Monday 16 November 2009 – The linux.conf.au
2010 Call for Volunteers have opened!

LCA2010 welcomes all those who would like to volunteer their time and
help towards the running of the conference in Wellington. Helping at a
major conference like LCA2010 can be a deeply rewarding experience and
an opportunity to meet some exceptional people. There are a number of
different volunteer roles that can be taken including administration of
the registration desk, operating cameras and audio-visual gear, and many
other technical and non-technical tasks.

"Volunteers are the unsung heroes of linux.conf.au every year", said
Susanne Ruthven, co-director of LCA2010. "We're looking for reliable and
motivated people who are looking to give up their time to help support
LCA2010".
