[Wellington-pm] Social in Lieu of Technical meeting

Hi all,

Given no-one's stepped up with a talk this month, the social fallback
plan wins by default.

There has been a lot going on at OSCON in Canada, and no doubt we can
get some flavours of the event together for a brief distraction,
hopefully in the form of some videos of the event, or perhaps some
summaries of what people were talking about in the Perl|Python|Ruby|etc
world.
