[Vlaanderen] Belgian Perl Workshop 2011->Date

The Belgian Perl Workshop 2011 Date was voted yesterday for the second
Saturday of October 08/10/2011.

Now we still need to decide on a location.

Current proposal are
- last year's location The Hub in Brussels (http://brussels.the-hub.net/public/)
- Durbuy (if we find enough sponsoring ;-) )

If you would prefer another location/town either in whatever region of
Belgium, let us know so we can vote on it.
