there is this Viennese company called Geizhals - you might have heard of
them :-p

They have a page featuring Austrian internet providers:
<http://geizhals.eu/isp/> I don't know whether the page is up-to-date,
but it's definitely worth a look, as they list a number of local SMEs
that might be of relevance, but that can't afford the ad campaigns that
A1 and UPC roll...
