[VPM] Seeking room sponsor

Thanks to those who came last night.

Clarke Brunsdon will be moving on shortly to greener - make that 
snowier - pastures.  Clarke has graciously fulfilled the duty of UVic 
room booker for several years since Abram Hindle hit the big time.  In 
order to keep meeting at UVic - definitely a choice location - we need 
someone with equal room-booking privileges to take up the mantle.

It requires contacting the appropriate authority up to once a month and 
requesting a room, generally ECS 660, and responding to me within a 
week with the confirmation.  You should also be present at least at the 
beginning of the meeting in case there are questions about the booking.

Mongers, please let me know.
