[VPM] August meeting cancelled

Time has caught up with me too much to get an August meeting off the 
ground, so I am, unilaterally cancelling it.

September 19 is a date I would not like to miss, however.  Let's start 
the ball rolling on contributions.  I can provide a summary and 
retrospective of OSCON sessions and keynotes, for instance.
