If you want to unsubscribe from this list then I think you do it by
sending an email to 'majordomo at hfb.pm.org' with 'unsubscribe victoria-pm'
in the body.  Sending messages to the discussion list itself won't do
anything.

That said, does your unsubscribing have anything to do with my having sent
an email to the list, which you quoted, or is there some other reason?
