RFC: suggest DBIx::Layer or similar for module name

Thanks for the reply.  The fact that you couldn't tell any difference
between the meaning of these name options is still quite helpful.  If that
is typical of the Perl/DBI community at large then it probably doesn't
matter so much what name I use.  So I will just pick one that works for
