In-Reply-To: References: Message-ID: <1278637186.1826.12.camel@tinman> Hello everybody, I am having some serious issues preparing for the meeting. Not only have I never done anything like this before, but I am up to my eyeballs in work. Knowing myself, I will not have any time to prepare slides or anything cool like that. I am also nervous about giving a shitty, unprepared presentation to my peers who I have never met before... What I do know without having to prepare anything is my work. But I don't just want to stand up there and blabber on about what we are working on because it would feel to much like a sales presentation... Having said all of this, I am still coming, just not sure what or if I will talk about anything. I am not cancelling just yet, I am just saying that I am freaking out a little bit. Would it be kosher if I came to the meeting and then played it by ear? See you all there. That would be realy a good idea. I wanted also to recomend a recording of the speeches. I woulnt have any problem with publishing it using youtube or something similar. I think the bigest issue most times is the sound/voice recording, what should not be too silent. To get the a projector beam recorded may also be difficult.
