Does anyone want to meet up to watch the celebration of light?

I'm staying at the Metropolitan, on the West End. Howe & Georgia. I'm
not very familiar with the city but I can manage to walk to a decent
meetup spot, or meetup here. I'm a little worried about the expected
1.4 million people. :-)
