I've finally caught up with a backlog of "Perl Weekly", and the
penultimate edition (#700) https://perlweekly.com/archive/700.html
contained the news that the 2024 White Camel has been awarded to Olaf
Alders.

What I've read about the work he's been doing said it was thoroughly
earned, and I've probably missed some.
