[tpm] Social meeting at C'Est What? in ten days time

Hi All,

This is a followup to my announcement on meetup.com about this month's
event:

Both Olaf and I have recently seen failures on this website, where instead
of a full web page, we've just seen

as if part of the ensh*ttification process has started to cheap out on the
number of containers running to support the website. Ugh.

Anyway -- see you Thursday, September 26 at 7pm, where we'll meet up, drink
beer, and figure out what we're doing next.
