[tpm] Moving from meetup.com to lu.ma

Hi All,

I have moved the Toronto Perl Mongers from meetup.com to lu.ma (
https://lu.ma/calendar/cal-ZFzHes2YwV6j0h9) effective today. I've updated
the meetup.com page with the link to lu.ma, and will close my account there
before our December social event.

Except for the Special Event early in December, we do not have any meetings
planned before the December social event -- ignore anything that meetup.com
is telling you.

Originally, meetup.com was a cheap and cheerful way to co-ordinate our
monthly meetings, but the price of a subscription crept up, and the last
billing was over $200 for six months. Seems like the site has moved from
startup mode to VC mode. So, as the kids say, Bye Felicia!
