[tpm] Change of Virtual Meeting Place

Hi All,

I've discussed moving on from meetup.com in a few months with Olaf A, and
he is in agreement with this plan. He's also suggested that we suspend our
monthly meetings for now, and I've agreed. It's great to go hang out with
folks as we've been doing, but I would prefer to be hosting a technical
meeting with at least one talk.

I have not yet cancelled the monthly meetup.com event, but I have updated
the August event to show that it's cancelled, since it's just ten days away.

The cost of meetup.com has gone from Pretty Cheap to Wow, That Much? in a
couple of years, so I'm going to be moving our occasional meetings to lu.ma
for TPM -- I've opened a (free) account there; of course, as you all know,
TAANSTAFL, so we may be subject to the odd ad for that. As long as we have
this mailing list to fall back on, we'll be fine.

Keep in mind that Olaf has a cool plan for a December presentation that you
won't want to miss. I'll be advertising that event on this mailing list,
and I will create a lu.ma event for it.
