[tpm] September: Lightning Talks!

Hi All,

We had a really interesting meeting last month that we had to continue in a
second meeting, because Google Meet cut us off after an hour. I'm
considering going back to jit.si for this month; I don't believe there are
time limits on that platform.

I know that Brian, last month's speaker, wanted to do a lightning talk or
two, but I haven't formally asked for talks yet, so -- if you have a talk,
let me know. The more people we get for talks the better!
