[tpm] February meeting

Howdy!

I am still working on organizing the Perl and Raku conference -- I'm
hopeful to have some good news about that on Thursday. I have not arranged
for a speaker for this month, so if you have a talk you'd like to do, let
me know, and I'll be delighted to watch and learn.
