[tpm] Thanks to the attendees of the February meeting

I'm going to see if I can use my company Google Meet account for the next
meeting. It's industrial strength (we max out at 250 people) so should be
fine. It was frustrating to see during the January meeting that Jitsi would
allow me to record (when I didn't need to), and then look for the same
control during February's meeting (when I needed to) and finding ..
nothing. That was a drag.

Not that the presentation was fabulous, but I had intended to record.
