Based on what he said at the conference, I believe he works at Best
Practical.

Yep, I live in Buffalo and work on Request Tracker at Best Practical.

As I told Alex, I’m overdue to attend a Toronto.pm meeting, so I’ll be
watching the calendar for a good time to come visit.
