[tpm] Video of August meeting

Hi All,

Well, it's been an entertaining evening. It turns out that Google Hangouts
has been discontinued (thanks Google), but is still available in some form.
Unfortunately, that form was incomprehensible to me in the half hour I had
at the beginning of tonight's meeting.

Thankfully, Stewart W recorded the presentations on his phone, I'm hoping
that he'll be able to upload that video to Youtube. And I'll do some video
testing before September's meeting.
