[tpm] For Wed Feb 24 Perl6 InstallFest

For the Perl6 Install Fest part of Wednesday's Toronto Perlmongers 
meeting you should have:

* A laptop or access to a device on which you have permission to install 
software under your home directory.  (Hint:  Don't bring a 
company-issued laptop on which you are forbidden to install software.)

* A relative recent version of 'git'.  (Some older versions of git can't 
deal with https.  The Perl6 distribution is a bit too hard-wired for git.)

* An IRC client, as we'll make use of irc.perl.org #tpm during the 
course of the meeting.
