[tpm] Quickest way to test out Perl Dancer, without setting up a server or configuring hosting?

I think when you install Dancer you even have the option of running it (as
a web server) from the command line -- it uses port 3000, I think.

While it's a different way of thinking, I've used it (not recently) and it
worked beautifully for me.
