[tpm] All good things come to an end.

Hi All,
I've spoken with the powers that be at OANDA, and they are totally fine
with hosting TPM here at OANDA every month. We have free guest wifi,
projectors, soda in the fridge, beer for $3 usually, etc. The only
prerequisite is that one of the employees is here, which is usually true
(chances are one of Adam Prime, Dave Doyle, Mark Jubenville or I will be
around). In fact it will probably bump our head count by ~5 given the
perlers in our office that find it difficult to meet due to scheduling.
We're also located at King St and Peter St, so very easy to get to.

Cheers,
Matt
