[tpm] lightning talks

Hi Olaf,

When we were scheduling this a few months back, I volunteered to MC this
meeting -- somehow I think that got conflated into Alex Is Giving A Talk :(
I don't have a talk ready at this time.

Since I see that Fulko isn't positive that he's going to be there, I'm
happy to step in this year and MC the Lightning Talks.
