[tpm] December Social?

I'm in and out of the city like nuts until just after Christmas so I don't
know what's going on.  The to.pm.org website lists boxing day which doesn't
seem like a good idea.  Can someone step up for this? I would suggest that
Friday evening, Dec 27 would be a better idea.
