[tpm] Netiquette: Starting a New Thread [was Re: New Regex question]

Hi all,

just a note Chris - don't start a new thread by replying to an existing
message, because that way threaded E-mailers (such as Claws-Mail or KMail)
display it as a sub-thread of the original thread instead of as a new top-level
thread. Instead, send a new E-mail to toronto-pm at pm.org .
