[tpm] pound tpm

Jim Keenan helpfully pointed out last night that #tpm on irc.perl.org is our IRC channel.  I had no idea that this even existed.  Apparently mattp did, as he is now the sole op in the channel.  :)  Figured I'd point this out for anyone else who may not know.  There are currently just 4 of us in the channel.
