[tpm] December Social

Hi all,

This was mentioned at the meeting last week.  It's December, which means
it's time for the Social.  Anyone have opinions on location, when?

Last year it was at C'est What, which was pretty awesome for me.  Great
beer (Imperial Stout ftw) and good times were had.  I'd be more than happy
to head there again.

Normal meeting day would be December 27th.  In the past, we have moved the
date to me more holiday friendly, but I'd be pretty good with normal
scheduling.
