[tpm] web site progress

Thanks to everyone who came out to participate in the web site hackathon this evening.  For those of you who weren't able to come, the new website has a page where local mongers can add their names and some relevant links.  You can find it here:

If you have a github account and are part of the toronto-perl-mongers organization, you can edit the page directly on github and submit your changes.  If you don't have a github account, you can create one and send your username to the list so that we can add you to the organization.
