[tpm] SDL::App doesn't seem to be installable from CPAN, can someone confirm?

I'm trying to install SDL::App from CPAN, and for some reason it doesn't
seem to exist.  I'm simply installing with 'cpan SDL::App', but no go.
 Installing 'cpan SDL' works fine.

Something I'm missing, or is something messed up?
