[tpm] Katrik's shooter.pl modified with ball seeking action [presented during the last meeting]

So I modified Katrik's game by adding a little dude you control with the
mouse cursor. He doddles along trying to follow your mouse cursor and
eats all balls that bump into him. As he gets fatter he gets slower so
you'd better prioritize the order of balls before he gets too slow!
