[tpm] GTALUG language comparison

I didn't get a chance to come out either, but my buddy Faisal was present,
and he says that the Ruby and Perl camps held their own, but the Lisp camp
didn't have good representation, except for Clojure, which apparently did
well.  Erlang also apparently did well.  Too bad it wasn't recorded :(
