[tpm] CPAN install of HTML::Form::ForceValue fails

Hi all,

   I've never had much luck with CPAN installs, but now I am facing an 
issue where I need the mentioned module and, again, I can't install it 
via cpan.

   I am installing it as root, but I get the following error with no 
idea how to proceed. Advice?
