The IBM "red books" are free downloads (or you can order them
at Amazon I think) - the one I have is for using XML and XQuery
with db2. I didn't actually like it, because it tends to say,
enter the following command, without telling you _where_ to enter it.
But with a little determination and some Google, it's probably
useful, and I expect the others are too.
