[tpm] Perl Mongers at work

The cake was a special thing for Perl's 20th birthday.  I don't think it's a
requisite.  It's not something we've done before last year.

If anyone wants to bring one I suggest you talk with the manager of the Bow
& Arrow first.  I had to get special permission to bring one.  Even then, I
got some flack from the staff at the pub at the time which I had to smooth
through on the fly.
