  その YAPC という Conference が どういう形式のものかわかり
ませんので、 「それが日本で出来るか?」と言われても 私は 判
断できないです。

  Tokyp.pm では 既に数回 jus (http://www.jus.or.jp/) の勉強
会という形で 勉強会を開いていますが それとは違いますよね(^^;

  どの様な規模で どの様にして開催するか、などで大きく違って
きますが 2～4時間程度だけで終る様なものなら そう難しくないと
思います。
  いくつかのトラックを設けて 2～3日間かけて開催するとか、いう
規模になると ちょっと大変かもね...
