[Thousand-Oaks-pm] Perl Week

Good Afternoon Mongers!

                It's monger week, and I'll be updating the website this evening.  In the mean-time, here's the schedule this week.


On Wednesday, at noon, we'll be meeting for lunch, and the location has been changed.  The new location is Karma Indian Cuisine.  It is located at 173 N Moorpark road in the Janss mall.  The restaurant is located near Radio Shack.  http://www.yelp.com/biz/karma-indian-cuisine-thousand-oaks - They have a lunch buffet, as well as menu service.

                For the evening meeting on Thursday, we'll be meeting at Conversant at 7:00.  There should be a sign on the door, but if you get there and the door is locked, call me @ 805-216-9743, and we'll get you.

                Based on a discussion that I had earlier in the week, I thought we could work through some perl trivia.  We'll go through some questions that relate to common bugs, foundations of perl, and generally show up as interview questions.  It should be filled with good discussion and I hope that we will all walk away with a better understanding of the foundations of perl.

                The second half is open, so I let me know if there is something that you can share.  Alternatively, we can continue the trivia for the full time.
