[Thousand-oaks-pm] new web server

It appears as though the umbrella organization for "Perl Mongers" is
changing their hosting setup and the individual groups will be changing
slightly.

Essentially, we'll still get e-mail lists and some free webspace, if we
want it. Or, we can obtain our own site/hosting and they'll point to it.

This is probably for the best. PM.org has had numerous problems over the
years making it more difficult for groups like ours to maintain our sites.
Seems like they get hacked a lot.

Anyway, the changes should occur over the next few weeks. No emergency.
But it might effect how we distribute Paul's application framework.
