A compromise?

I could easily be mistaken, but I suspect he meant 23-South, as in
Westlake Blvd (and Dekker Rd).

To speed things, here's what I could come up with off the top of my
head (looking North):

Where I couldn't remember a name I put the type in (), and I'm sure
I'm missing a few completely.  If some names have changed in the
past couple of years I may not have reflected that as my already
pitiful social life vanished when I started my own company.
