Right, thanks to Neil and others, I have a pre-release candidate up at
https://github.com/Firedrake/Geo-OSM-Imager . If you have any sort of
need to plot things onto a map, or you think you know just what should
be in a module release (it's been a long time since I did this),
please take a look.
