Super! I was speaking to a couple of others about a talks session in 
September (Aug is probably going to be too quiet, with family 
holidays?).

Looks like London Perl Workshop will be 8th November this year, which 
makes for a good pitch: "trial your talk in front of a smaller, friendly 
audience", for anyone pondering an LPW submission. Equally, September 
would then not be too close to LPW.

Fine also to move from Weds to another day when we're on tour, if 
people wish.

We usually have about ten, give or take a couple (er, from a sample 
size of three tech talk sessions ;-).
