SPUG: Perl6 - 10 year anniversary *and* upcoming "birth" day

Perl6 is 10 years old, *and* about to be born (for some definition of "born") later this week.  The impending Rakudo Star release (July 29) was a big buzz at OSCON.

We live in great times!!!
